My Gifting Dashboard

When should I use my Gifting Dashboard?

Use your Gifting Dashboard to track redemption, view gifts people selected, and send additional gifts during your gifting program. You can also view past programs.

How do I reset my Gifting Dashboard password?

If you forgot the password to your Gifting Dashboard, you can reset reset it by visiting giftcultivate.com/giftingdashboard/password/reset.

If you would like to update your password for security purposes, you can do so by going to My Account from your Gifting Dashboard and clicking the edit icon next to your existing password.

What do the Redemption Statuses on the Gifting Dashboard mean?

People Gifted indicates the total number of people you have sent gifts to.

Choosing a Gift indicates the number of people who have visited your Gifting Platform but have not selected a gift.

Gift Chosen indicates people who have visited your Gifting Platform and have chosen a gift.

No Activity means you have sent a gift to someone but they have not visited your Gifting Platform and have not chosen a gift. 

How do I view my Gifting Platforms?

You can view your Gifting Platforms from your Gifting Dashboard. Log in to your dashboard and click the Program Details button associated with the Gifting Program. If your Gifting Program has one platform, a link to your Gifting Platform will be in the Redemption Summary. If your Gifting Program has two or more platforms, links to each platform will be in the Redemption by Gifting Platform section.

Why do the gifts on my platform change?

Our Curated Collections change from time to time to reflect current trends and offer popular gifts. If you don't see a gift you were looking for, it may be out of stock. We understand this is disappointing and are working hard to replenish the inventory or find a similar option.

What is a Gifting Dashboard?

A Gifting Dashboard is a user-friendly interface designed to ​​give you control of your Gifting Programs. The dashboard allows you to view redemption data in real-time, see what people chose as their gift, track gift orders, send additional gifts, view past programs, and more.  

How do I change my email address for my Gifting Dashboard?

If you would like to update your name, email, or password, you can do so by going to My Account from your Gifting Dashboard and clicking the edit icon next to the field you would like to update.

How do I add additional gift codes to a Gifting Program?

You can add gift codes to your Gifting Program directly from the Gifting Dashboard by clicking the button "Send More Gifts."


How do I access Redemption Reports for my Gifting Program?

You can create and download Redemption Reports anytime from your Gifting Dashboard.

Where do I find detailed information about the gift a person chose?

Detailed information about the gift a person chose and tracking information can be found in the Gift Recipient Detail Overlay. Access the overlay by clicking on the recipient's information in the Redemption by Recipient section Click learn more for step-by-step instructions.

How do I track a gift?

You can view a gift’s tracking information on the Gift Recipient Detail Overlay. Access the overlay by clicking on the recipient’s information in the Redemption by Recipient section.

You can also view tracking information by filling out the Track My Gift form using the gift recipient’s information. If someone you gifted needs tracking information, they will need to fill out the Track My Gift form. 

How do people exchange or return a gift?

We are able to exchange some gifts shipped within the United States. Unfortunately, we are unable to process any exchanges for international orders. For more information on gifts that can be exchanged, read our Return Policy.
